Making projects and dreams come true. On personal growth.

I have met too many people who long to achieve their dreams, but they are afraid of doing so. The two main reasons for not doing what they dream to do is  that they lack confidence and they do not cultivate discipline.
Discipline goes hand in hand with continuity and regularity. One way of developing discipline to do something is by setting goals. Writing them down and keeping them handy will help you  redirect your actions. In addition to jotting down the goals, you can list the different ways that can help you accomplish those goals. (If you are clueless on how to attain those goals, keep searching. The internet is the perfect setting for that).
Lack of confidence is a ghost that haunts many people, including the writer of this article. "I have learned that the best way to overcome it is to enjoy the challenge. Challenge yourself with new creative ideas on how to proceed. In other words, don't succumb to  fears. Just deal with them creatively. Try to rebuild a new perspective to reframe the situation. Be stubborn. Be a gentle mother-or father- to yourself. If your childhood was not instilled with the boost of confidence that was needed, fill yourself with the convictions from and "imaginary mother".
You are here to achieve anything you want as long as you work hard enough towards your goals.
Don't panic, don't feel overwhelmed. Start with small easy goals, and then advance into more complicated ones.
We cannot change the past, but we can build a different future. Ignore the ones who try to thwart your plans or your ideas to do something in a different way. You may also need to take a break from those who think you are weird just because you have another perspective. Follow your heart and your intuition.
"Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it."
